1. Purpose

To define acceptable use of digital badges issued via QualisCred platform.

2. Ownership

• All badges are owned by Accredion Qualis
• Candidates receive a non-transferable, limited usage license

3. Permitted Usage

Badge holders may:

• Share badges on LinkedIn, CV, websites, email signatures
• Display badges with verification link

4. Prohibited Usage

Badge holders shall NOT:

• Modify badge design
• Misrepresent certification scope
• Use badge after expiry/revocation
• Transfer badge to another individual

5. Verification Requirement

All badges must be used with:

• Official verification link OR
• Credential ID

---

6. Revocation Rights

Accredion Qualis may:

• Revoke badge usage rights
• Disable verification access
