3. Copyright
All content including:
- Designs
- Documents
- Badge visuals
are protected under applicable copyright laws.
4. Candidate Rights
Candidates are granted:
- Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights
to use certification and badge for professional purposes.
5. Restrictions
Users shall NOT:
- Reproduce content
- Modify badges
- Use certification for misleading claims
6. Enforcement
Accredion Qualis reserves the right to:
- Take legal action
- Revoke certifications
- Enforce IP rights
