3. Copyright

All content including:

  • Designs
  • Documents
  • Badge visuals

are protected under applicable copyright laws.

4. Candidate Rights

Candidates are granted:

  • Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights
    to use certification and badge for professional purposes.

5. Restrictions

Users shall NOT:

  • Reproduce content
  • Modify badges
  • Use certification for misleading claims

6. Enforcement

Accredion Qualis reserves the right to:

  • Take legal action
  • Revoke certifications
  • Enforce IP rights
